Tanya responded rapidly to all our questions and concerns during the sale process. She listened and provided guidance to all our questions. Tanya gave us top-of-line advice on pricing my condo, explaining the difference between "priced to sell" and "priced to hang out on the market". Tanya's photos posted on line made the condo look very appealing. The widespread marketing was important - the ultimate buyer lived 1200 miles away in another state. Because of the price and publicity, the first 7 sets buyers produced 3 offers at or above the asking price.
Tanya was warm, friendly and easy to work with, while still paying meticulous attention to the details.
Tanya is a real estate professional who was clear about our objective - to sell our condo. EXCELLENT!

I contacted realtor Tanya Milton a few months ago when I first wanted to sell my property. I reached out to her because of her advertised presence in my Vizcaya community. I wanted a realtor with experience and someone very familiar with this area. Tanya exceeded every expectation that I had going into the process!

She showed outstanding professionalism in her communications with prompt responses and her expansive knowledge of the real estate market. Ms. Milton was flexible and patient as I mulled over the information she presented me regarding my real estate options. In the end, I decided to rent out my property, and she was invaluable during this process!

Tanya guided me through the process, providing contact information and options for a property management company that I would later select to manage my rental property.
